Rum, Rosso Vermouth and Orange Bitters. This one popped up the other day and I couldn’t believe I hadn’t made a Rum Manhattan yet.. So I changed that. I used Devine’s Honey Shine as the base here and ended up adding a dash of Coffee and Pecan bitters to go along with the Rich Sweet Vermouth I chose, as it really worked with the darker flavours. The Manhattan template really is a fun one to play with, swapping in different spirits and bitters makes massive changes, I'll definitely be coming back to this one. Go forth and experiment!
