Mildly bitter and Manhattan-esque, this one is a superb slow sipper by the Apothecary Formulary.
Ingredients

2 oz (60 mL) Barrel Aged Genever (Dutch Courage) / deVine Distillery
-
1/2 oz (15 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

1/3 oz (10 mL) Cynar

1 Dash Orange Bitters / Rootside Bitters

3 drops Orange Blossom Water
Directions
Stir over ice until chilled and strain into a coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
