I foster Stillhead's distilling creativity. They love good spirits, good company, and "good puns." With 'Ap-peach-iate BC,' I used ingredients that paired very well with Stillhead's Madeira Cask. I suggest eating the Fuzzy peaches before sipping your cocktail.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz (45 mL) Whisky / Madeira Cask Finish - Stillhead Distillery

⅓ oz (10 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

⅓ oz (10 mL) Kina-Salal / Esquimalt

1/4 oz (7 mL) Orange Liqueur / Quadruple Sec - Sons of Vancouver

1/4 oz (7 mL) Frangelico
- 2 Dashes of Peach Bitters
Directions
Stir all ingredients on ice until chilled. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a Fuzzy Peach
