So simple, so crushable this one has become a quick favorite of ours and has all the hallmarks of a great classic cocktail
Ingredients

1 oz (30 mL) Aperol
-
1 oz (30 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt
-
1.5 oz (45mL) Lambrusco / Lambrusco Reggiano Frizzante – Medici Ermete Concerto
Directions
In an ice filled rocks glass add Aperol and Rosso Vermouth and stir to chill.
Slowly pour chilled Lambrusco on top
Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy!
