Rye, apple brandy, rosso vermouth, maraschino, root beer bitters. This one is inspired by @junglehaus.cocktails Missouri Moonlight cocktail they recently made. I definitely don’t have the ingredients he did but I liked the flavours he had, so thats where I started. I ended up swapping the Amaro for some Maraschino and the Ango for Root beer bitters. Delicous!

Rosso Vermouth / Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 mL) Rye Whisky / Arbutus Distillery
2/3 oz (20 mL) Apple Brandy / Stillhead Distillery
⅓ oz (10 mL) Maraschino / Okanagan Spirits or Luxardo
⅓ oz (10 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt
1 Dash of Root Beer Bitters / Rootside Bitters
Directions
Stir ingredients over ice until well chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a luxardo maraschino cherry…or two…or three ;)
