Apple Brandy, Dry and Rosso Vermouth, Gin, Cascadian Bitters. A sweet and herbaceous Perfect Manhattan riff with lovely Apple Brandy and Gin substituted for the whisky typically found in a Manhattan.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz (22 mL) Gin / Unruly Gin - Wayward Distillery

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Apple Brandy / Stillhead Distillery

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 3 dashes Cascadian Bitters / Rootside Bitters

  • Orange twist

Directions

  1. Add ingridents to a mixing glass and then fill with ice

  2. Stir until chilled

  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist
