Dead simple, yet super delicious and something we find ourselves going back to time and time again.
Ingredients
1.5 oz (30 mL) Kina-Rouge or Kina-Salal / Esquimalt
0.75 oz (30 mL) Gin / Wallflower Gin - Odd Society Spirits
Lemon peel
Directions
Add a lemon peel to the bottom of a rocks glass
Fill glass with lots of ice
Add ingredients to glass and stir until chilled
Enjoy!
