Briney, nutty caramel with herbaceous bitterness, this martini riff really has it all
Ingredients

1.5 oz (45 mL) Gin / Fords
-
0.5 oz (15 mL) Oaked Cachaca / Avua
-
0.75 oz ( 22 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt
-
0.25 oz (7 mL) Oloroso Sherry / Lustau
-
1 tsp Orange Marmalade Rosemary syrup*
-
1 dash The Darkness Cacao Coffee Bitters / Apothecary Bitters Company
-
2 drops Saline solution**
Directions
Add ingridents to an ice filled mixing glass
Stir until chilled
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a skewer of olives and a lemon twist.
Recipe Note
* Rosemary & Orange Marmalade Syrup
175 ml Orange marmalade
85 ml water
10 g Rosemary, fresh
Bring everything to a simmer over Med. heat
Remove from heat. Steep for 10 minutes, covered.
Strain.
** Saline Solution - Dissolve 4 parts water to 1 part sea salt. Easiest with warm water
