Forest Dweller Gin, Amaro Chiaro, Dry Vermouth, Absinthe, bitters.
Essentially a White Negroni thats been influenced by the woods. Originally I had made this using a Spruce Tip gin but I swapped it out for the Forest Dwellers because it’s a bit drier I feel and bring s a bit more of a complex “woods” note. The addition of the Blackcurrant and Birch bitters was last minute but I did it to try and bring in a slight fruit note that is very in the background but still noticeable. Rootside Cascadian Bitters would be a great alternative.
