Gin, single malt whisky, bianco vermouth, rhubarb liqueur, orange bitters. It's so fresh and complex, it needed to be remade. Now of course I am using different brands, and feel free to due so yourself, so there is going to be variation in flavour, BUT DARN this is a very enjoyable Martini-esque drink. The Rhubarb is subtle but so nice and blends really well with the Bianco Vermouth. The Orange bitters bring a nice citrus that’s not by any means in a note you find right away, but without it you would definitely notice. All around enjoyable and I feel very much worth being re-made.
