Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 mL) Blackberry Gin / Stillhead Distillery
1 oz (30 mL) Kina-Salal / Esquimalt
0.25 oz (7 mL) Simple Syrup (1.5 turbinado sugar : 1 water)
0.75 oz (22 mL) Lemon Juice
1 dash Lem Marakesh Bitters / Bittered Sling
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with two lemon slices and enjoy!
