Kina-Blanc and Tonic Water. If you love bubbly and bitter things, this is the drink for you. A Kina, or Quinquina is also known as a Tonic Wine. It's the French answer to the English Tonic Water, but yah know, they're French, so instead of adding quinine to carbonated water to make Tonic Water, they added bitter quinine to wine and made Tonic Wine! So obviously we needed to combine the two and make a dynamite drink. You could also make this a spritz and add some Sparkling Wine in addition to the tonic water, or in place of. You do you!

Refreshing, bitter, a touch of sweetness to balance things out. I like an half orange wheel garnish but grapefruit is also nice!
