Ingredients

2 oz (60 mL) Calvados or Apple Brandy / Stillhead Distillery

1 oz (30 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt

1/2 oz (15 mL) Elderflower Liqueur / Odd Society Spirits

1/4 oz Bitter Red / Esquimalt

1/8 oz Absinthe / Tofino Distillery
Directions
Stir with ice and strain into a tall rocks glass with ice. I then used a cocktail smoker to put some applewood smoke flavour into the drink and expressed a lemon peel overtop afterwards
