Gin, Rosso vermouth, Meletti. This is a really wonderful riff on the classic, equal parts negroni recipe, but the substitution of Meletti for Campari makes it a new thing altogether. The added sweetness and honey and saffron notes in the Meletti worked really well with the earthy Plymouth gin and terrific local Esquimalt sweet vermouth. This is definitely going to grace our table again! Cheers everyone!
