Rosso Vermouth, Bitter Red, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup. No name for this one. Grabbed the recipe from@mischevious_bartender who used it to showcase low abv drinks. The vermouth plays a big part of the flavour, so choose a good one!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz (22 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 1/4 oz (7 mL) Bitter Red / Esquimalt

  • 1 oz (30 mL) pineapple juice

  • 1/2 oz (15 mL) lime juice

  • 1/2 oz (15 mL) 1:1 simple syrup

  • Grated Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Shake with ice and fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
