Palmer's Spice Apple, Gin and Bitter Red. Inspired by Uncle Nate's Negroni, probably our absolute favorite negroni variation, this recipe simply subs Rosso Vermouth for Palmer's Spiced Apple for a delightful little adjustment to the all-time classic Negroni. You gotta try it! It's delightful :)

This recipe has all the vibes of Uncle Nate's Negroni, but with fewer ingredients and less fuss. Dare I say it might be the our favorite riff just cause its a little easier? It's lovely!
Ingredients

1 oz (60 mL) Palmer’s Spiced Apple / Esquimalt
-
1 oz (60 mL) Gin / Ampersand Distilling Co.

1 oz (60 mL) Bitter Red / Esquimalt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass and fill glass with ice (lots of ice!) stir until chilled and garnish with a half wheel of orange
