Gin, Dry Vermouth, Lavender Liqueur, Peach Schnapps. I was at a local bar a couple weeks back and had a drink with these flavours in it that I felt was really good but far too sweet for a Martini-esque drink. So I thought Id try to remake it more towards my taste. Based on how sweet the original drink was, I felt they used a Peach Liqueur, so I swapped it out for Peach Schnapps as it has far less sugar in it, A small dose of Lavender Liqueur just to add the floral in the background and let the Gin shine a little more. It turned out quite nice and much more suited for myself.

Dry Vermouth / Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 mL) Gin / Ampersand Distilling Co.
½ oz (15 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt
⅓ oz (10 mL) Lavender Liqueur / Arbutus Distillery
⅓ oz (10 mL) Peach Schnapps / Sons of Vancouver
5 Drops New Orleans Red Bitters / Rootside
Directions
Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with thin slices of peach. Enjoy!
