Use your favorite gin, but if you can, buy local!
Ingredients

2 oz (60 mL) Gin / Mad Lab Distilling - Gin6
-
0.5 oz (15 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt
-
0.5 oz (15 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

Grapefruit Peel
Directions
Add all ingridents to an ice filled mixing glass
Stir until chilled
Strain into a Nick & Nora or coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist
