Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 mL) Salal Gin / Odd Society Spirits

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 1 dash Cascadian Bitters / Rootside Bitters

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass and then fill with ice

  2. Stir until chilled

  3. Strain into a coupe glass

  4. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
