This one was suggested in a Story Question I had done before. I had never heard of it before but it’s actually quite good. Vermouth comes on strong and plays a big part, so changing up the vermouth you use would dramatically effect the drink, which would be quite fun to play with.

Rosso Vermouth / Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
2 oz (60 ml) Aged Rum / Amber Honey Shine - DeVine Distillery
2/3 oz (20 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt
2/3 oz (20 mL) Lime juice
½ oz (15 mL) 1:1 Simple Syrup
1/6oz (5 mL) Grenadine
5 dashes Aromatic-ish Bitters / Rootside Bitters
Directions
Stir over ice until well chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime peel
