Ingredients
1 1/4 oz (37 mL) London Dry Gin / Stillhead Distillery
3/4 oz (22 mL) Kina-Rouge or Kina-Salal/ Esquimalt
3/4 oz (22 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt
Barspoon Orange Liqueur (Manitou) / Legend Distilling
Barspoon Marachino Liqueur / Luxardo or Okanagan Spirits
Lemon Twist
Directions
Fill a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry.
