Palmer's Spiced Apple, Whisky and Maraschino. Our Palmer's Spiced Apple works so so darn well with whisky that we just couldn't resist making a Manhattan riff. Feel free to use different whiskies you think might be nice. A good Rye works wonders, but I'd be a Calvados (Apple Brandy) would be super nice too or perhaps some interesting malts aged in fun barrels. I just suggest you buy local whisky whereever possible.

Palmer's Spiced Apple and Whisky are truly a perfect match. This would also be a lovely drink on the rocks too!
Ingredients

2 oz (60 mL) Whisky / Ancient Grains - DeVine Distillery
-
1 oz (30 mL) Palmer’s Spiced Apple / Esquimalt

1/4 oz (7 mL) Maraschino / Luxardo
Directions
Stir over ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass (nick & nora) and garnish with a maraschino cherry…or two. Enjoy!
