Ingredients

1.5 oz (45 mL) Aged Rum / 3 year - Havana Club

2/3 oz (20 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt

½ oz (15 mL) Bianco Vermouth / Esquimalt

¼ oz (7 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

0.25 (7 mL) Orange Liqueur / Triple Sec

1 bar spoon Red Wine Syrup* or Grenadine syrup

4 dashes Orange Bitters / Rootside Bitters
Directions
Stir ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass until chilled
Strain into a couple glass
Recipe Note
* Red Wine Syrup
Just like a 1:1 simple syrup but you replace the water with wine.
Heat 100g Red wine to just under a boil (85C-95C)
Dissolve 100g white granulated sugar into wine
Cool and store in frigde for up to 4 weeks
