Apéritif Cascadia. This is an easy winter favourite of mine that is perfect in a cozy corner with a good book. I love this as a comfortable drink that is low ABV.

A perfect cocktail if you are looking for a lower ABV option that is still full flavour.
Ingredients
-
2 oz (60 mL) Apéritif Cascadia / Esquimalt
-
0.25 oz (7.5 mL) 2:1 Honey Syrup
-
0.5 oz (15mL) Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coup glass. To make honey syrup, disolve two parts honey to 1 part hot water, it's best to use hot water between 35C-40C, as over 40C can remove flavour and aromatics from the honey.
