Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Demerara Spiced Rum / Lemon Hart

1 oz Kina-Rouge or Kina-Salal / Esquimalt

3/4 oz 36% Cream

2 oz Pineapple MXT Syrup**

3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Add ingredients to shaker tin filled with ice. Shake shake shake! Open pour contents into your favourite tiki mug. Top with crushed ice, lime zest and pineapple leaves!
Recipe Note
**Pineapple MXT Syrup
250g Freshly Juiced Pineapple
250g white sugar
500g water
100g coconut flakes
25g MCT Powder
1/8 tsp Orange Flower Water
0.25g Xanthan Gum
Boil all ingredients, less the Xanthan Gum, on high for 15 min, then strain. Add 0.25g of Xanthan Gum and Mix with an Immersion Blender while still warm.
