From the fine folks at Little Jumbo comes the true classic Martini. Everyone has their opinion on how they prefer a Martini. We typically drink a 2:1 or this lovely 1:1 depending how gin-ny we're feeling. I guarantee you've never had a martini better than this.
Ingredients
40 mL (1.33 oz) Gin / Ampersand Distilling Company
40 mL (1.33 oz) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt
1 dash Orange Bitters / Rootside Bitters
Directions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a orange or lemon twist and enjoy.
