It's refreshing with a peachy herbaceousness followed by a bit of bitterness to keep things interesting. A low-ABV drink you can just keep sippin' all day!
Ingredients

4 oz (120 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt

4-5 oz (120-150 mL) Indian Tonic Water Mix / Fever-Tree or Schweppes
Directions
Fill a stemless wine or highball glass with lots of ice. Fill glass halfway with Dry Vermouth, add Tonic Water to taste. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy! Feel free to adjust these ratios to your desired preference.
