The legendary Vieux Carré is an icon of New Orleans cocktails and a classic that deserves more recognition that it has internationally. Of all our cocktail recipes using our New Orleans Bitters, this is the one I make the most at home. Simply put, it's basically a manhattan on the rocks with added herbal oomf by the addition on Benedictine. Give it a try! Pictured here is a pre-batched version we brought down to the pond with us for fancy pond-side drinks!
