A little more approachale that the standard negroni, this classic riff is ideal for sunny summer days
Ingredients
1 oz (30 mL) Gin / Cascadian Gin - Woods Spirit Co.
1 oz (30 mL) Amaro Chiaro / Woods Spirit Co or Luxardo Bitter .
1 oz (30 mL) Bianco Vermouth / Esquimalt
Directions
Add ingridents to a mixing glass and fill with ice
Stir until chilled
Strain into a rocks glass
Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
