Bianco Vermouth, Bitter Bianco, Gin and Blue Curacao. A riff on the Negroni Bianco but blue! Because blue drinks are obviously the better than not blue drinks. During our 2022 Oscars party we had a number of Oscars themed cocktails and served this drink as a representation of Avatar: The Way of Water I saw @the.secondshot share this recipe with spirits all from British Columbia and knew I had to make one.
You can easily substitute our local products for other international brands avialable to you like Luxardo Bitter Bianco and Bols Blue Curacao or whatever you have available. If you can't find Bianco Vermouth, use Dry Vermouth instead, Bianco Vermouth is just a wee bit sweeter than Dry so depending on your preference you might want to add a little extra sweetness (1/8 oz rich simple syrup) when using Dry Vermouth. @the.secondshot has been doing some amazing stuff showcasing spirits from our province so go give his page a follow for more recipes like the one below!!
