Limoncello. Gin. Aperitif Cascadia. This is another riff on the Negroni Spagliato with Limoncello instead of vermouth, Aperitif Cascadia insead of Bitter Red Aperitic (Campari) and soda water instead of prosecco. It needs a big wineglass to hold it all.
