Gin, Dry Vermouth, Maraschino, Absinthe and Bitters. As with every other martini, there are as many variations to this as there are bartenders. This variation roughly comes from Difford's Guide though I had to adjust since I was only using one kind of dry vermouth instead of two. Clean, slight sweetness, with a hint of orange from either the bitters or the peel.
