Brandy de pomme, vermouth sec et Rosso, gin, amers cascadiens. Un riff de Perfect Manhattan doux et herbacé avec un délicieux Apple Brandy et du Gin remplaçant le whisky que l'on trouve généralement dans un Manhattan.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz (22 mL) Gin / Unruly Gin - Wayward Distillery

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Apple Brandy / Stillhead Distillery

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 3 dashes Cascadian Bitters / Rootside Bitters

  • Orange twist

Directions

  1. Add ingridents to a mixing glass and then fill with ice

  2. Stir until chilled

  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist
