Our favorite cocktail of 2020 using the infamous Kina-Rouge! Kina-Salal works as a good sub too ;)

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz (53 mL) London Dry Gin / Stillhead Distillery

  • 1 oz (30 mL) Kina-Rouge or Kina-Salal / Esquimalt

  • 1/4 oz (7 mL) Maraschino Liqueur / Okanagan Spirits

  • 3 dashes Root Beer Bitters / Rootside Bitters

  • Lemon oil expressed from a lemon peel

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass

  2. Stir until chilled

  3. Strain into a couple glass

  4. Garnish with lemon oil be squeezing a lemon peel over the drink to express all of the oils onto the surface of the drink

  5. Enjoy!
