Ingredients

1 oz (30 mL) Mezcal / Kochel - Espadin Mezcal

1 oz (30 mL) Tequila / Papalote

1 oz (30 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

0.25 oz (7 mL) Guava & Thyme syrup

2 dashes Heliotropic Botanical Citrus Bitters / Apothecary Bitters Company
Directions
Add ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice
Stir until chilled
Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
