Super cocktail à l'hôtel Queens Park

Celui-ci a été suggéré dans une question d'histoire que j'avais faite auparavant. Je n'en avais jamais entendu parler auparavant mais c'est en fait assez bon. Le vermouth est fort et joue un grand rôle, donc changer le vermouth que vous utilisez affecterait considérablement la boisson, ce qui serait assez amusant à jouer.

Queens Park Hotel Super Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Aged Rum / Amber Honey Shine - DeVine Distillery

  • 2/3 oz (20 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • 2/3 oz (20 mL) Lime juice

  • ½ oz (15 mL) 1:1 Simple Syrup

  • 1/6oz (5 mL) Grenadine

  • 5 dashes Aromatic-ish Bitters / Rootside Bitters

Directions

  1. Stir over ice until well chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime peel
