Rhum noir, Kina-Salal, Vermouth sec, Fernet Branca. C'est l'un des cocktails que Dave a préparés pour le numéro actuel (hiver 2020/21) du magazine BC Liquor's Taste. S'agissant d'un cocktail "Close Enough", il s'inspire bien sûr d'un classique, ou dans ce cas, de deux !

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz (45 mL) Black Rum / Goslings Black Seal

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Kina-Rouge or Kina-Salal / Esquimalt

  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Dry Vermouth / Esquimalt

  • Short 0.25 oz (5 mL) Fernet Branca

Directions

  1. Combine everything in a mixing glass with ice and stir.

  2. Once cold and diluted, strain into a chilled coupette.

  3. Garnish with a lemon twist and Bob's your uncle! Enjoy!
