L'Adonis

Vermouth Rosso, Sherry Fino. Il y a quelques semaines j'ai vu que @anderserickson avait fait deux cocktails très similaires, Le Bambou et l'Adonis. Il en a fait sa propre version en ajoutant quelques amers, mais je voulais essayer l'Adonis original. Ou du moins, ce que dit Internet est l’original. Juste du Fino Sherry et du Sweet Vermouth. C'est plutôt bon, mais je peux tout à fait comprendre qu'on y mette du bitter.

Adonis

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz ( 45 mL) Fino Sherry / Lustau

  • 1.5 oz ( 45 mL) Rosso Vermouth / Esquimalt

Directions

  1. Stir ingredients over ice until well chilled, strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy! A dash or two of Rootside Orange Bitters would also be nice here
