Limited Release - Made as a direct by-product of Esquimalt Wine Company Vermouth, Rootside Mixers and Goodlife Juice. We use spent lemon rinds from Good Life Juice after they use the lemons for lemon juice. We utilized traditional limoncello techniques to extract the best lemon flavour possible before the final blending. 

Our bitters are made for life on the bar. Featuring waterproof labels, a quick Peychaud's style dasher cap, colour differentiating cap straps, and a clear bottle to see the volume.
