Barrel-Aged Rosso Vermouth

Our classic and award-winning Rosso Vermouth is made ever more luxurious by using a special bochet-style mead (fermented from caramelized honey) as the base, and aging it for two years in rye whisky barrels from Stillhead Distillery. 

The result is a vermouth that preserves its vibrant aromatics while gaining rich, layered barrel-aged character. Enjoy over ice, perhaps topped with sparkling water, or in a cocktail.

1st fill: Bourdon, 2nd fill: Stillhead Rye Whisky,
3rd fill: Esquimalt bochet-style mead
